The vintage bike will be disassembled all way to the crankcase in which the techs will evaluate every part of the vintage Norton motor for a total engine rebuild. The vintage Norton motorcycle mechanics will replace or refurbish all parts that include but are not limited to gaskets, intake valves, valve guides, valve springs, valve seals, valve shims, valve covers, valve buckets, push rods, camshafts, camshaft bushings, cam chain tensioner, cam chain, clutch plates, tachometer, clutch push rods, clutch springs, clutch basket, exhaust valves, clutch top cover, clutch cables, engine case covers, drain bolt, oil filler cap, oil filters, timing belt, timing belt cover, wrist pin bushings, circlips, speedometer, top end bearings, pistons, piston rings, cylinder head, crankshaft and much more so that the vintage Norton motorcycle engine runs like it is brand new. Transmissions are inspected and if any of the parts are no longer good they will be replaced to ensure smooth shifting. The parts that are replaced include but are not limited to the transmission mainshaft, mainshaft drive gears, mainshaft nut, transmission case, transmission side cover, transmission top cover, mainshaft drive gear spacer, transmission lock kit, transmission pulley nut, and much more.
