Vintage Triumph Motorcycle Engine & Transmission Restoration
Our staff will disassemble the entire motor down to the last bolt in order to access any parts that are damaged, worn or needing replacement. The tech will rebuild parts that can be rebuilt and parts that are inspected are: cylinder head, cam chain, top end bearings, valve seals, intake valves, exhaust valves, tachometer, valve springs, circlips, wrist pin bushings, oil filler cap, gaskets, engine case covers, valve covers, oil filter, timing belt cover, valve guides, cam chain tensioner, push rods, valve shims, pistons, piston rings, camshaft bushings, crankshaft, drain bolt, camshaft, valve buckets and more in order to rebuild the engine of a vintage bike. The motorcycle division will attentively go through the transmission and parts that will be rebuilt or replaced are: transmission pulley nut, clutch plates, clutch top cover, transmission top cover, clutch cables, mainshaft drive gear, transmission side cover, mainshaft nut, clutch push rod, clutch basket, mainshaft drive gear spacer, clutch springs, transmission mainshaft, mainshaft drive gears, transmission lock kit, transmission case and more to restore the transmission on a vintage bike.

In some cases rewiring the electrical system will need to be done to refurbish the bike. Parts that will be inspected include but are not limited to: ignition switch, start/stop switch, wire harness, ignition points, rectifier, alternator / generator, tail lights, spark plugs, stator, front brake light switch, starter, brush plate, horn, rear brake light switch, headlight switch, kill switch, stator gasket, headlight, solenoid, ignition coil, starter drive, and battery in order to recondition the electrical system of a vintage bike.
